Shipping Information

All orders are shipped discreetly in plain boxes. After you placed an order of items, you will receive two emails, one for the order confirmation and receipt of your payment and another one email confirming shipment. You will be notified with an estimate of how many days before you can expect to receive your order.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and regulatory policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office (and/or regulatory agency) for further information.

If your purchase is being shipped to a Michigan State address, a sales tax of 6% will be applied to your items.

Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Most orders will usually be shipped within three business days if we receive it before 12 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday. Our primary shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, and Fedex with delivery confirmation number and tracking for each package.
